Rosemary Essential Oil
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
Rosemary has one of the most herbaceous aromas of the oils, strong, fresh, infinitely recognisable.
Rosemary is young at heart, happy, imaginative, secure enough to express itself in abundance. It loves a challenge, and will take on multi tasking with confidence, but remain friendly, available and trustworthy.
It is a stimulating oil, encourages positivity, expressiveness, and improves mental and cognitive functions. A tonic for many body systems, it's hard work on the adrenal functions make it a great headache remedy. Strong gastric, and liver properties make it a remarkable regulator of the stress associated with these conditions.
Rosemary is a warming oil, associated with Wood Elements.
It is steam distilled from the leaves, flowers and twigs.
