Ingredients.

Couchgrass, Nettle Leaf, Marshmallow Root, Crataeva Bark, Horsetail Leaf, Lavender Flowers - all organic. 

Naturally caffeine free.

How to Brew

	2–3g per 250ml cup.
	Freshly boiled water. Steep for 5–7 minutes.

Enjoy hot, or brew a little stronger and pour over ice for a refreshing cold tea.
