Mānuka (Leptospermum scoparium)

Mānuka is one of New Zealand's best known and most prized oils!

It's distinctive spicy, herbaceous, fresh aroma sets it apart from any other oil, as does it's valued therapeutic properties.

The Māori consider Mānuka a female oil, with closely related Kanuka, the male. Invaluable for coughs, colds, poultices for skin conditions and healing, it is an imperative oil in any home remedy kit.

It is also a wonderful oil for rubs for musculoskeletal ailments, stress, nervous tension and anxiety.

The over abundance of antimicrobial property this oil has, ensures just a tiny amount in a cleaning blend will be effective as a disinfectant.

Creative Ways to Use Essential Oils...

	Diffusers for a calm, relaxed, refreshed environment	Add 3-4 drops as a single blend or 1-2 drops as part of a 4 drop blend to the Diffuser. Enjoy!
	Carrier Oil Blend for application to skin	Add 10 drops per 200g of Carrier Oil. Use the blended Carrier Oil on skin and massage the day away!
	Baths for an Aromatic Soak!	Mix essential oils into Carrier Oil as per above, and add 1 teaspoon of blended Carrier Oil to bath water. Relax & enjoy!
