Gunpowder Green Tea gets its distinctive name from the tightly rolled leaves, which resemble tiny pellets of gunpowder. As they steep, the leaves gradually unfurl and release a fresh, robust infusion.

Bolder than many green teas, it has a pleasantly brisk character balanced by a smooth finish. Enjoy it on its own, with a little honey or with a slice of lemon.

How to Brew

	2–3g per 250ml cup.
	Freshly boiled water - 80 °C. Steep for 2–3 minutes.

Enjoy as it is, add a little honey or serve with a slice of lemon. For iced tea, brew slightly stronger before pouring over ice.
