Our Organic Black Chai begins with a rich, malty Assam tea, generously blended with cassia cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves and black pepper.

Liquorice root adds a gentle natural sweetness, while aniseed and caraway bring warmth, depth and a softly aromatic finish. Bold enough to take milk, but beautifully balanced enjoyed black.

How to Brew

	2–3g per 250ml cup.
	Freshly boiled water. Steep for 4–5 minutes.

Enjoy black, add a splash of milk, or sweeten with a little honey. For a richer traditional chai, brew a little stronger and finish with warm milk.
