Spearmint gives a cool, fresh finish, while hibiscus adds a touch of natural tartness and colour. A little liquorice root rounds everything out with subtle sweetness.

How to Brew

	2–3g per 250ml cup.
	Freshly boiled water. Steep for 5–7 minutes.

Enjoy hot, or brew a little stronger and pour over ice for a refreshing cold tea.
